I see no reason why this URL is being crawled.
You can use the disallow method in your robot.txt to block bots from crawling (therefore returning errors) this URL.

The code would be:

User-agent: *

Disallow: /index.php?option=com_imagerecycle&task=image.startOptimizeAll&mode=auto

Hi,

We don't have such option in the component. That's not a big deal for SEO in fact as Google crawls strange things from various component sometimes but they're not indexed at the end.
Use the robot.txt if you want to be sure that Google does not crawls it again, but I think the bot will handles it by itself.
