Do you have a getting started guide and a description of the settings and what they do? I have the WordPress plugin installed and my keys in place and I ticked the "Activate media optimization" box. I see I have used 0/3gb but when I go to Media -> ImageRecycle and click the Optimize button on an image and the little spinner comes up but nothing happens. I don't want to optimize everything, just a few images already uploaded and anything uploaded from today onward. I've tried a few times throughout the day and still nothing happens. Now I see "Optimization is disabled, you can enable it in the plugin config." which I had already did! You should send links in your welcome email so we can find documentation!

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.
You should be able to either launch a global image optimization or select some of your images and optimize them. You can also compress one of the image (or PDF) by clicking on the optimize button.

A documentation is available here: https://www.imagerecycle.com/documentation/how-to-compress-images-and-pdf-with-the-wordpress-plugin

I recommend that you post a support request so the developer can take a look and fix any issue you're encountering. To do so, after being connected, follow this link: https://www.imagerecycle.com/my-account/support-ticket

Hi,

It seems that you have some incompatibility, with another plugin or the server and the plugin can't send the file to the optimization server.
Could you please drop us a support ticket so a developer can have a look on the issue with you https://www.imagerecycle.com/my-account/support-ticket

Best regards
