I have just logged in to my account trying to resize some images, but I am getting a message that my account is inactive, and I am not able to resize images. My subscription was started 26-11-2021, so I believe from earlier that a subscription period is one year for using the amount of gigabyte paid for, Why am I not allowed to use my subscription.
