In reference to my last posted question, where I told you that I was not able to use my subscription to resize any images a question which you have not answered yet. You are maybe considering that my subscription is invalid because you think that you have refunded my payment. If you do so, I would like to remind you that you have never refunded my the 20 USD I paid for subscription! What you have refunded is the 40% reduction for the coupon I sent you in the time of black Friday. In fact I had posted a question that time regarding the subject. I hope therefore that you reconsider, check back, and let me use my subscription I have paid for !!!
